DATA STRATEGY

In 2020 everyone is talking about digitalisation, IoT solutions, the value of data and GDPR aspects. Yet it begs the question, how, and in what way, does a strategy like this support my organisation?

A lot of data is generated through the traditional operation of companies and this is exponentially increased by smart solutions and expanding the measurement points of operational functions. A significant portion of the leaders we know have a strongly intuitive decision-making mechanism, which helps steer the ship in the right direction through a poorly structured, information-deficient environment. At the same time, however effective this mechanism can be, in our experience it is a great help to every colleague in a managerial position to really see in context the operation of his/her given field in concrete numbers and percentages. In preparation for any decision, in seeing through the progress of any process, in measuring the impact of any decision, we can achieve previously unimaginable results.

Our expert consultants support

. an assessment of existing data assets: we assess which data sets, in what quality and with what regularity, etc. are available to us

. the development of a data strategy: we devise a plan, in which we determine goals for the use of our data assets, their protection, expansion, etc.

. the implementation of the organisational and technological background of data-driven governance: we create the operational processes and responsibilities necessary for data-based decision-making

. new methods of data extraction, collection, processing and display: if required, following implementation of the new operational model, we participate in measuring the operational efficiency improvement and its fine tuning.

BI / DWH

On the road to data strategy and data-driven governance, one inescapable question is, what to do with our existing data warehouses? In the future, should we develop them on premise, or in cloud format? What kind of data storage, data extraction, analytical evaluation or dashboard solutions should we use? Of the many applications available, which one suits our goals and our budget best?

The answer is to create a BI strategy supported by our team of experts and based on data strategy.
